EaseMyTrip and Hoi Launch Smart Rewards Program at Indian Airports

Travel platform EaseMyTrip has teamed up with airport technology firm Hoi to roll out India's first Smart Kiosk Rewards Program across three major airports. The initiative, running for three months, targets passengers at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and Goa’s Manohar International Airport.

Passengers ordering food through Hoi’s contactless kiosks receive instant ₹500 EaseMyTrip coupons via WhatsApp, with a monthly draw offering one traveler a ₹5,000 voucher. The program has already served over 5,000 passengers since its launch.

The partnership leverages Hoi’s existing contactless food-ordering infrastructure to eliminate traditional airport queues while providing travel rewards. Dhruv Godara, Deputy CEO of Hoi, described the collaboration as a step toward reimagining airports as dynamic ecosystems rather than mere transit points.
